Some great info from Pavel Kolar and workshops applying the developmental patterns into our workout and rehabilitation routines. We’ll post some summaries and videos in the next few months implementing these into our system, expanding the progressions, regressions and variations. Lots of ideas and tweaks to get that extra little bit out of some old moves and new challenges to assess your ability. Overall was a great ending to a three part series applying the principles of developmental kinesiology, expanding on the basics to give us more options to challenge and improve our bodies.
