    • Cross Leg Resist the knee on your back
      • hold each 5 sec, 8-15x
    • Step Stretch with foot propped up
      • 8-15x
      • don’t hold just move in and out
    • Lateral Lunge Stretch
      • 8-15x
      • Short of pain
