    - 8-15 reps hold each 5 sec

    - 8-15 reps
  - 33.11) Supine Edge of Couch Heelraise VIDEO
    - 10-20 reps
    - This can be done daily

  - 175.1) BAND RESISTED 4 WAY STEP VIDEO
    - 5-10 each direction, hold off on any direction that is painful

Initial Movements from first session
- These can be completed every day 3-4x/day

Every other day try to add in the following movements
- Do 2 sets of each just one time that day

  - 8-12 reps
  - Don’t bend the front knee too much as to cause pain
- 115) Double Leg Bridge Phase 3 VIDEO
  - 8-12 reps hold each 3-5seconds
- 149.1) Squat Pulses In Short Range VIDEO
