This first week the most important aspect of treatment is to avoid putting excessive pressure on the tendon and irritating it further. Your goal this week is to engage other aspects of your foot and hip without feeling reproduction of lateral foot pain
If any of these movements reproduce discomfort in the lateral foot, stop well short of the pain or hold off on that movement and email me so we can adjust as needed
I will also include a taping option to support the lateral foot that you may want to utilize as you return to activity, especially if you have access to trainers who can watch the video and aply the tape for you
