Ice and rest has reduced top of foot pain
R hip and L foot hurt with walking up steps
Uphill walking also can be painful, could favoring the hip by pushing more through the foot be part of the issue?

The foot can absolutley be related on contributed to by favoring the R hip
The uphill or step motion requires alot of hip strength and will put more pressure on the foot if there is still some hip weakness
I will include some movements that focus on improving the step up motions
It doesn’t sound like the self ankle inversion stretch did much, I will leave it on the list but you can hold off on it if you don’t ind it very helpful, your ankles from my memory are more weak then tight and the stretch may not be incredibly helpful from what you told me
Below you will find a daily circuit and a strength circuit
The daily circuit can be done daily 1-2x per day and movements from that sequence can be done lightly throughout the day if you find they are helpful in reducing pain
The strength circuit should be done every other day
