- So far any light abdominal activation seems to increase symptoms, so we will take a new approach this week prior to progressing into stabilization
- This week will focus on light self mobilization of structures surrounding the SIJ that con contribute to excessive loading of it
- Once agin we will add a new movement every 2 days to assess your ability to control the movement and stop short of increase in pain
