- Used LAX ball which felt very good, hip feels pretty good. Still getting some nerve pain and it is difficult to tell if it is hamstring or low back

- I understand it can be difficult to recognize the source or pain and I am glad things seem to be improving
- Regardless of the source of the pain at this point, I would like to get you back on track with gentle mobilization of the nerve/hamstring
- I will also build in some loading of posterior chain strating with the calf before we move to the hamstring
