- Stabbing aching sensation in the back of the neck
- Headaches with pain and pressure behind the eyes
- Headaches improve with medication, drinking water, and lying down
- Tingling into the finger tips
- In medical sales and sits at a desk most of the day
- Also enjoys boxing which is currently irritating her symptoms
- Objective Exam
- Forward upper torso posture with rounded shoulders
- Cervical rotation reproduces pain
- Supine pain with sidebending and rotation
- Tnderness to palpation of cervical facets and levator
