    • Feet Elevated Bridge
      • Be careful not to over tense the low back
      • Every other day and dig the heels
    • Cross leg stretch
    • IT Band tennis ball Glute tennis ball
    • Quad Stretch but figure 4 position
    • Quadruped band on foot hip ext slide
