- Pelvic Awareness drill at counter or on hands and knees
- Counter Option: Can be done throughout the day to engage abdominal control: 5-10 reps
- Hands and knees Option: Can be done prior to rocking back motion: 10 reps 2-3x per day
- Rocking motion 10 reps 2-3x per day
- Option #1: Standing: 2-3 deep breaths each time you go back
- Option #2: Hands and knees: 2-3 deep breaths each time you rock back
