GF: Scoliosis with T-L junction Pain with Standing: SHOSA patient (2-19-19)

  • Day 2
    • Hands elevated option on chair
    • Elevated Lunge
  • Initial Program
    • Pelvic Awareness drill at counter or on hands and knees
    • Counter Option: Can be done throughout the day to engage abdominal control: 5-10 reps
    • Hands and knees Option: Can be done prior to rocking back motion: 10 reps 2-3x per day
    • Rocking motion 10 reps 2-3x per day
      • Option #1: Standing: 2-3 deep breaths each time you go back
      • Option #2: Hands and knees: 2-3 deep breaths each time you rock back
