- 178.1) Adductor Isometric into Lateral Lunge Stretch VIDEO

- Hip ext options: Either over bed, over ball, on hands and knees foot on ground

    - In and out 5-10x no holding for now
    - Lightly and often throughout the day
    - A similar motion is the one below in sitting if this one feels better

- 55.1) Abdominal Isometrics with Ball Squeeze Supine VIDEO
  - We did this with your fists between knees with fee elevated
  - You can also do it like it is in the video with roll of paper towels or something between knees
  - We talked about adjusting positioning of legs as needed for the least amount of pain
  - Hold each lightly for 3-5 sec and repeat 5-10x, 2x/day

  - No band for now
  - Once again..no hold, just light motion in and out
  - 2x/day

  - Choose position of knee that is well short of pain/stabbing
