- Tenderness L glute and quad
- Elevation of L pelvis
- Moderate restriction in bilateral pec mobility more so on the L
- Reproduction of L shoulder pain with shoulder internal rotation and flexion along with end range overhead motion
- Initial Program
- Do this is as a circuit trying for the reps or time listed under each movement
- 1/2 Kneel to Low Lunge VIDEO
- hold each 5 sec and repeat 5-10x each leg
- Cross Leg at Table/Bed Isometric VIDEO
- hold each 5 sec and repeat 10x each side
- Cross Leg Lower Trunk Rotation Pec Stretch VIDEO
- 10x in and out each side, if one side is tighter do extra set on the tighter side
- Wall Sit Active/Band Abduction VIDEO
- 30-90sec, short of pain
- Seated/Standing Self GH traction Extension VIDEO
- 5-10x, can be done throughout day or in between upper body exercise stuff
