- Today we focused on progressing mobility in the front of the shoulder and gradually increasing the motion at shoulder height around the median nerve. We also looked at some stiffness in the muscles in your hand that can contribute to nerve tension. Try the movements below
  - 6.2) Intrinsic Hand Mobility Sequence Seated to Wall Retest VIDEO

    - This builds on the wing arm breathing below and discusses how you manipulate the various aspects of structures that put tension on the nerve. Thsi will eventually cause numbness in the hand so when it starts to build up stop

    - this was tighter on the right, try for 10-15 reps not holding, try to open hand as you reach back

  - Specifically the position on your stomach and sidelying rotation
  - I want you to stick the movements below for the first week in an effort to gently move this area while avoiding excessive tension or stretching…keep it light.
  - Do each movement for 1-2 minutes 3-5x/day
