- Laying on your back, one knee bent and one leg straight, tighten stomach as you push onto the heel of bent knee and hold 5 sec, repeat 10x each side
- Hands and knees rocking, take hips back towards your heels on hands and knees, walk hands forward as you shift your weight forward towards a plank, in and out slowly 10x
