- Weak R leg with walking with hamstring and quad soreness
- Walking and Standing increase symptoms
- Diagnosed with glute tendinopathy
- Initial Program Week 1
- 5-20 reps of each movement or can do for time 30sec to 2 minutes
- No pain with any exercsies beyond light stretching
- Try the sequence below, if any movement casues an increase in pain, avoid that movement
