- 4 way resisted stepping with band
- Band aound the foot, stand on the tail end of the band, You are going to lift the leg with the band around your foot, keeping the knee bent, hold it up in the air for 3-5 sec and then lower down slowly

- We started with a wide base at your feet and did 5 reps, then you brought feet together and did 5 reps, then you put one foot slightly forward 5 reps, then the other foot forward 5 reps
- Narrow stance with arms out in front and reaching side to side
- You will see in the video below some variations where I add a band, that may be next after you work on the doorway first
