Rolling Plank With Diagonals (VIDEO LINK)


  1. Rolling plank with diagonals VIDEO LINK (Pete)
    1. 5 plane plank challenge, front, side plank along with oblique diagonal challenge.
      Adds another dimension to plank progression and opportunity to test asymmetry in contralateral oblique chains during diagonals
    2. Transitions between positions challenges timing and coordination.
      Initially start with 10-15s in each of the 5 positions, either increase hold times or add in additional cycles to progress difficulty level.
    3. Goals of 30s in each position or 2-3 rounds per bout, but sky is the limit. Be sure to maintain normal breathing during the holds, please see our videos about breathing for additional insight. (See DNS breathing video)
