- 5 plane plank challenge, front, side plank along with oblique diagonal challenge.
Adds another dimension to plank progression and opportunity to test asymmetry in contralateral oblique chains during diagonals - Transitions between positions challenges timing and coordination.
Initially start with 10-15s in each of the 5 positions, either increase hold times or add in additional cycles to progress difficulty level. - Goals of 30s in each position or 2-3 rounds per bout, but sky is the limit.
